Serge
Genetet, based in Singapore, joined Arkadin in April 2008 and is
responsible for Arkadin’s Asia Pacific operations.
Before
joining Arkadin, Mr. Genetet was Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific
Operations at InfoVista, a leading provider of performance monitoring
solutions. In this position, he was responsible for sales, marketing,
and customer service within the Asia-Pacific region. From 2001 to 2008,
Mr. Genetet held several management positions of increasing
responsibility at Infovista, with a record of successful integrations
of sales and technical organizations from different countries into
global operations. Prior to InfoVista, Mr. Genetet was Worldwide
Director of the Service Level Agreement Department at SITA Equant, a
leading Communication and Service Provider (now Orange Business
Services, a subsidiary of France Telecom). Prior to Equant, M. Genetet
provided consulting services to large European companies. He was also
CEO and founder of Helix, a financial software company based in France.
Mr. Genetet is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris.
