Arnaud Lejeune, Executive VP, Operations
Arnaud Lejeune, based in Paris, joined Arkadin in January 2007 as Director of Global Operations, being responsible for Arkadin Global Infrastructure, Support and Customer Service organization. Amongst his main achievements during this period, Arnaud created and led the Information System department and contributed to build Arkadin Change Management framework. In January 2008, Arkadin announced the expansion of his role to EVP Operations, focusing on Infrastructure, Global Client Care, Information System & Innovation Strategy.
Prior to Arkadin, Arnaud worked for 8 years at Equant (now Orange Business Services) managing various Pre-Sales and Operations teams across the globe (SLA department, Complex Customer Solutions, Order to Bill Operations). Before joining Equant, Arnaud started his career as a software developer in the smart cards industry and spent 5 years at Graphnet (an independent Fax and Voice Service provider) where he progressively became the Operations Director.
Arnaud graduated with a Master Degree in Engineering from Institut Supérieur d’Electronique de Paris (ISEP).
